I was in the market for a clean, used Dodge/Ram 2500 and wanted to trade in my 2012 Dodge/Ram 3500 so I filled out the KBB “buy it now” form. The manager at Bertera Dodge called me up within minutes of submitting the form and had a number of trucks that met my needs. He texted me links to the trucks and I browsed their website. I was actually at another dealership and Bertera’s prices and the willingness of the manager to send me this info actually caused me to leave the other dealership where I was looking at another truck. Bertera had a couple trucks that I liked so I went to their lot in Westfield MA to check them out - I live in upstate NY but had already wasted several hours at other local dealerships so I felt like I didn’t have anything to lose by driving the hour and 20 mins to check out the trucks they had on the lot. The trucks were all as they were presented online. There were no surprises when I got there. They offered me a fair price on my trade in but didn’t budge much on the new truck but it was already priced pretty competitively. Kory was my salesman. He was thorough in going over the truck with me and didn’t pressure me in any way. There was no “what’s it gonna take for me to get you into this truck today” kind of stuff. When we sat down to make the deal he was good about facilitating the process and getting me into that truck today but like I said, there was no pressure at all. He was very helpful. The only complaint I have, and it’s the only reason I didn’t give the place/process 5 stars is because when they brought in the truck for per-delivery service, 3 of the tires were fairly well worn and they only replaced those 3 and did not even offer me the opportunity to meet them halfway or anyway on the 4th tire, which was definitely worn but not as bad as the others. I didn’t even know that they only did the 3 until I drove it for a day or 2 and noticed that it pulled and that the steering wheel was cocked to one side. Having driven 4wd and AWD vehicles for nearly 30 years, I know that if you get one new tire, the one on the other side of the axle should also be changed and really, it is best to do all 4, especially if one is worn much more than the others. I reached out to the dealership and never heard back from them, which was a little disheartening. I ended up going to a local tire shop and getting a new, 4th tire and will get an alignment soon. I would have preferred to have everything done at their dealership before delivery even if I had to pay a little more, just to avoid the inconvenience of having to take more time off of work, and out of my life to take care of something that could have easily been taken care of prior to delivery. Also, for whatever it’s worth, the woman in the finance office was really nice too. She actually made a boring process pretty funny and was really good about making sure all of the paperwork was correct and actually had to redo some of the paperwork when she noticed an error in my favor. Thanks Anissa! All in all, it was a good process and I really like the new truck. There haven’t been any surprises in the week that I’ve been driving it and I don’t expect there to be any. I would recommend Bertera and Kory if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Just be sure, as with any purchase, there is a clear expectation of what you are getting.

Well! The car buying process can always be a stressful one but coming here they were so accommodating and honest ! When sometnjng went wrong with the car I purchased they went above and beyond to make sure all was right and made sure I was 100 percent taken care of ! I would give the sales and service team a 10 if possible!!!!
