I am a female senior citizen who had a horrible experience at the Bertera dealership in West Springfield. After leaving in tears I was sure that I would never purchase another Jeep product. Giving in to one more chance I went to the Jeep dealership in Westfield. I informed the salesman of my past experience and he was absolutely wonderful. He spent time showing me vehicles and giving explanations to all my questions. I now have a beautiful new Jeep Renegade.

My husband and I bought a new Dodge Durango in October of 2016. Our salesman Austin Lyne was awesome. We decided that it was time for a new truck in march 2017, so we made an appointment with Austin, and again he was awesome.. I worked with Austin and Jay! They both were amazing. I owed more than what my car was worth and I wasn't sure if I was able to afford the payments but Jay worked hard and I ended up getting a lower interest rate and a brand new Chrysler 300. Nick Arkoette is the man to see. Unlike many salespeople who disappear into the office void while you are waiting for prices, car availability or your car appraisal, Nick usually stays there with you, sometimes going over the features of the car you are interested in or just "shooting the breeze". When he asked for the price we needed to fit into, they actually came in lower and that was over $30 per month less than another dealership. In 3 years when our lease is up we will be back to see Nick for the Grand Cherokee.

Good price, very nice sales person. I had to wait a long time for paper work or I would have rated this dealership as a five. The wait time was disappointing as I had scheduled my time a day in advance to pick up the vehicle and had to wait in the dealership for well over an hour for someone to assist me with the paper work to conclude the transaction.
Jay Keaton was an awesome and very caring sales rep. He was very personable and accommodated me in any and every way possible.
